Our Process

Our Process

From paddy selection to final packaging, every step is carefully managed.

How We Work

Paddy Selection Process

At our company, we take great pride in the meticulous process of selecting the finest paddy. We understand that the quality of the paddy directly influences the overall quality of the rice produced. Therefore, we employ stringent criteria to ensure that only the best paddy is chosen.

Our selection process involves careful evaluation of various factors, including grain quality, yield potential, and resistance to pests and diseases. By selecting high-quality paddy with a high yield potential, we minimize the risk of losses and ensure that our customers receive the best possible product.

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality rice, and our rigorous paddy selection process is a testament to this commitment.

Paddy Cleaning Procedure

Upon receipt at the facility, all foreign matter, such as dirt and stones, is meticulously eliminated from the paddy. Any immature grains identified during the rigorous inspection process are promptly discarded. Cutting-edge dryers are strategically utilized to efficiently reduce moisture content within the paddy, thereby ensuring optimal conditions for subsequent processing stages.

Milling and Warehousing

During the milling process, the outer husk of the dried paddy is meticulously removed, revealing the brown rice underneath. This brown rice retains its bran layers, imparting a unique texture and flavor.

To ensure the utmost quality, we utilize cutting-edge storage systems that precisely regulate moisture and temperature. This controlled environment allows the rice to undergo a minimum of one full year of aging, resulting in a richer taste and enhanced aroma.

Color Sorting Process

To ensure the highest quality of our products, we utilize a state-of-the-art color sorting system. This advanced technology meticulously separates discolored and damaged grains, resulting in a superior end product that meets our rigorous standards

Rice Anatomy

Rice Bran

Once considered a secondary product and primarily used as animal feed, rice bran has emerged as a highly beneficial health supplement. Each ounce of rice bran contains an impressive 6 grams of fiber, fulfilling a quarter of the daily recommended intake. Furthermore, it is enriched with essential nutrients such as iron, vitamin B6, potassium, thiamine, niacin, manganese, and phosphorus.

Hull

The hull of the rice grain, while indigestible to humans, possesses significant industrial potential due to its high silica content.
