Super Fine Basmati Rice

Super Fine rice is often mistaken for a type of Basmati due to its close resemblance to Super Kernel Basmati in grain length and appearance. However, it is actually a non-Basmati long grain white rice. The difference becomes clear after cooking, as its texture, aroma, and overall cooking quality are noticeably lower than true Basmati varieties.

Because of this, Super Fine rice is rarely marketed on its own and is commonly used for blending with varieties like 1121 and Super Kernel Basmati to achieve a balanced quality and cost.
